We offer a comprehensive Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) design, manufacturing and finishing service to deliver one-off components, or a production run of many. Using your CAD files or drawing, or just a simple sketch, we can manage the entire process from design to manufacture. Using the very latest CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines, we can cut, drill and profile in timber and plastics, producing simple shapes and curves to more complex designs. Our edge banding machines give a further professional touch to your end product. We can deliver your individual components as a flat pack, or assemble and spray finish your finished product. From kitchens, to shop window displays, to toys, to one-off exclusive designs, we can deliver them all.
We are able to cut most types of wood and plastic. Here is a list of just some of the materials we can cut for you:

Reducing wastage (Nesting)
To ensure we utilise every sheet of material to the maximum, we are able to nest elements onto one sheet. Simply put, we squeeze as many elements onto one sheet to ensure you save money on materials whilst helping the environment by saving waste.
As with any manufacturing company we do produce waste, mostly in the form of offcuts. All of our waste is collected by a local recycling company and the vast majority of it is recycled. We’re always looking for ways to become more environmentally and community friendly.
